I've been trying to get my gym contract canceled and the gym guy is making it impossible to get a hold of him to even discuss it.
Unless it's over the phone (which is also hard) so he can say things and not follow through on them, I'm so frustrated and totally stalking him now to not only get a hold of him but to also be able to say look how hard it was for me to get a hold of this dude.
he said we could talk about canceling or reducing the rate, but every time i call he says to email him. when i email him i get no response. when i call back i get voice mail. when i go in during staffed hours no one is there who can help me.
btw, I'm canceling because there is a trainer there who is like a pushy sales person and makes me uncomfortable. She cales, and emails and is just generally overbearing, she even tried to sell me a wristband on the treadmill. I couldn't imagine the regular costumer service would be this bad.
i changed my CC info on the website because if this takes more than a month to agree on because of this dodging me nonsense I'm disputing the charges.
I know it's contract and i signed it but is there anything I can do?
