Or is the attachment enough?
I'm applying for a receptionist job and they are taking resumes through email, there is no mention of a cover letter but I prepared one anyhow. Now I'm not sure what to do...I've converted both documents into PDF files (they requested that for the resume) but I was wondering what do I say in the body of the email?

It's a long article, this is just the analysis section.
Skeptics claim this trove of e-mails shows the scientists at the U.K. research center were engaging in evidence-tampering, and they are portraying the affair as a major scandal: "Climategate."

Okay, so Savvy posted yesterday about cover letters. I've read books that say that your cover letter is solely to introduce your resume. While other books say your cover letter should summarize your experience and "sell" your resume to potential employers.

In honor of Reading Is Sexy's grand opening, I'm going to start off with the series that's has been holding me in a chockhold for going on 10 years now.
Nora Roberts, writing as JD Robb in her not so far distant future has captured my attention since my very good friend lend me a copy of the 1st of the series, Naked In Death. That copy started me on my 10 year journey of hunting and gathering mission to find and read every one of the books in the series.

Hot Actor: Q&A With "Twilight" Star Robert Pattinson
"There's only so much adoration you can take"
How is the Twilight fandom is different from the Harry Potter movies? I think you've mentioned that the sound of the screams is even different.
It's different because I think it's almost solely females of a certain age group, and they have a very specific tone.

I want to share this article because as I leave my internship and my next supervisor looks for new interns, I've noticed a trend to why some candidates get responses and others don't from hiring managers and account supervisors. Double-check your cover letter and e-mail responses.
.Are you serious?

Six-year-old Natalie Shea got a threatening letter from the city demanding the removal of “graffiti” she drew with chalk — with chalk! — on her front step. Here, Shea shows her defiance to the warning letter by creating a new work with the supposedly illegal medium.

Every morning of every weekday for 12 years, Thomas Montgomery punched in at the Dynabrade factory in Clarence, a small town in upstate New York. He strapped on his goggles and stood at his machine until the late afternoon, churning out components for power tools.

My problem is not exactly related to my resume (especially because it is portuguese so it wouldn't help much here, though I'm working on its translation), but a curiosity regarding the cover letter. I have sent my resume to several ONGs here (I study International Relations and since I am a foreigner the doors are closed when it comes to interships in government institutions) but I am having problems when it comes to cover letter. I usually sent my resume via email because that's the way they want to receive it.

The latest newsletter by an Inland Republican women's group depicts Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama surrounded by a watermelon, ribs and a bucket of fried chicken, prompting outrage in political circles.
The October newsletter by the Chaffey Community Republican Women, Federated says if Obama is elected his image will appear on food stamps -- instead of dollar bills like other presidents. The statement is followed by an illustration of "Obama Bucks" -- a phony $10 bill featuring Obama's face on a donkey's body, labeled "United States Food Stamps."
